This medium-density residential project is situated on Dening Street, The Entrance, which is within the Central Coast Council municipality. The location of the project is approximately 300m from The Entrance Beach and the local lakeside shopping center. Within close reach of local recreational facilities and the main shopping strip, the project’s intention is to reflect the aspirational living-by-the-water coastal lifestyle for which the area is renowned.
The building is spread over four levels with 19 oversized apartments and a basement-level garage with 27 parking spaces. Design consideration is taken to maximum the water view from the top floor with a large balcony orientated towards the beach, and a lower-level balcony oriented to enjoy the views of Shore Park & the cricket ground on the opposite side of Dening Street. There are many challenges as the project is the first boutique residential development in the area. Enhance Project endeavor to create a transitional project from the high-rise residential tower to the single-level dwelling along Dening Street.
Enhance Project is engaged to provide architectural design and project management services. To keep the client’s brief and profit as the priority, Enhance Project is able to liaise with the Central Coast Council planning department and project engineers to overcome several challenges such as groundwater issues and waste management operations. The Central Coast Council approved the Development Application by October 2020. Enhance Project and its leading consultants’ team have already obtained relevant Council & Authority approvals for the Construction Certificate. Early works including the sewer disuse, relining works and demolition have already completed on site. Basement excavation and piling is expected to commence by early September 2022.
