The French style house contains a double garage, a double-height foyer with feature crystal pendant light, spacious living space and 4 bedrooms. Linear French windows and doors with dark mullions and balustrades are presented at the frontage and the rear symmetrically. With a dark pitch roof and 1.2m parapet wall, it brings the French style back to modern Sydney.
EP is engaged to provide architecture design for CDC approval and project management services at construction stage. We always respect the local conditions and maximise client’s benefit. Within a tight time, frame, we propose a warm and practical design for a young family.The Hurstville House is under construction. The ground floor concrete slab pouring is successfully completed. The whole project aims to complete early 2022.
