The Adderton is strategically situated in the upcoming suburb of Carlingford, about five minutes’ drive from Carlingford train station, and moments away to all nearby amenities.
The project comprises eight bespoke townhouses designed to cater to families looking for a quality modern home that is low maintenance and close to amenities.
The project was very challenging to build as the site drops off significantly towards the rear of the site. This required the townhouse buildings to be stepped to address the change in natural ground level. Enhance was engaged to provide project management and construction superintendent services. We worked closely with the builder and consultant to deliver the most cost-effective solution to address the level changes and maintain the quality and look of the buildings.
