Luna Apartments is located in the upmarket suburb of Cremorne on Sydney’s North Shore, walking distance to Primrose Park and Willoughby Bay. Prominent Architects Fox Johnston designed a handful of four bespoke apartments to fit in with the aspirational neighbourhood. The design challenges the norms of the surrounding built form and presents itself as a tasteful and boutique development catering to homeowners who share a similar design sense and quality.
The proposal provided for 1 unit on each level with the lowest unit having direct access from the basement parking level. The lowest unit is a garden apartment which has access to a densely landscaped rear yard as well as a plunge pool. The ground floor apartment is accessed via the bridge access from the elevated footway with a north-facing living area and balcony area. The 1st floor unit is sited above and also has a north facing living and balcony area. The 2nd floor unit is sited within a attractively designed roof form and enjoys an elevated rear/north facing aspect which ahs access to district views.
Enhance Project, as the client representative, has actively collaborated with project consultants and the selected builder to deliver the apartment complex on time, on budget and to the desired quality. The construction has commenced and expected to complete by early 2023.
