Enhance Project’s Little Bay residence is located immediately above the St Michael’s Golf Club on a promontory just 300m away from the Ocean, featuring 180-degree unobstructed views below.
The architecture articulation appears as a collection of planes and the roof forms were pushed as far forward as possible so that they could create meaning full external covered living spaces, set its architecture in dialogue with the iconic silhouette nearby and connects it to the drama of its context. The luxury house comprises a total of 4 bedrooms, a double garage, multiple living/family spaces and a large upper-level deck to maximize ocean views.
The construction of the Little Bay residence was officially completed in February 2024. Enhance Project effectively oversaw the entire lifecycle, from DA, CC, and construction to completion. The project achieved high-quality standards, adhering to both budget and schedule constraints. As the construction superintendent, EP collaborated with various stakeholders to successfully deliver this exceptional project.
