This project involves the construction of 52 apartments over 11 floors, with 4 levels of basement parking. Located near Kogarah train station and in close proximity to the Kogarah commercial district, the development aims to provide high-quality residential units in a well-connected and vibrant urban area. Currently in the Construction Certificate (CC) stage, the project is progressing towards the construction phase.
Enhance Project acts as the client-side project manager, taking full responsibility for managing the CC process. The team coordinates and supervises all consultants involved in the project to ensure that the design and documentation meet the required standards for construction. Additionally, Enhance handles communication with the local council and relevant authorities, ensuring a smooth progression through the approval and compliance stages, while maintaining the project’s timeline and client objectives.
