The Kogarah Apartments project is located only 5 mins walk from Kogarah station. With Convenient access to local shops, cafes, groceries, and schools, this project compromises 11 storeys residential apartments, 3 levels of basement parking and a pedestrian through site connection along the western boundary.

The project comprises 52 residential apartments. The challenges are to obtain the alteration and addition DA through the court and to obtain CC at the same time. Approvals from authorities and neighbouring properties are also key to this project. These include temporary easements for electricity, crane air rights and ground anchor. Heritage conservation is another key factor in authority approval.

EP manages this project and consultants team to obtain the Alternation and Addition DA and CC under the new D&BP Act. This project aims to commence with construction mid this year. Keep an eye on the upcoming news.
