The site is narrow in frontage and long in depth also surrounded by mutual development. The challenge is to find the architectural form that coherent with the street scape while maintain a good level of amenity within the development.
EP was engaged to provide project management service alongside client, leading consultant team attending S34 conference and seeking best strategy and outcome via Land and Environment court.
