The Feronia project comprises 15 townhouses, each enjoying views over Brisbane Water to the south. The complex is only 10 minutes’ drive from Gosford train station and shopping centre and two minutes’ walk to the Japanese Garden (Gosford/Edogawa Commemorative Garden). It provides a boutique lifestyle within a relaxed environment and offers convenient accessibility to local amenities and facilities.
The project began in 2015, completed in January 2018, and became the first iconic project for its overseas developer. Enhance was engaged as the project manager at the acquisition stage. We provided architectural and project management services, as well as contract administration, fund raising, marketing and branding.
The site is located in the state’s water sensitive area; therefore, the challenge of this project was to liaise and satisfy requirements of many different authorities. Good tendering, selection and negotiation practices, methodical and meticulous contract administration processes were the key factors for the successful completion of this project. Enhance also assisted the client in managing the project throughout the 12 months defect liability period.
