This project is an alternation and addition to an existing 1-storey house at a battle-axe lot in Chatswood. The project is to add 1 level on top of the house, increase the total area, the number of bedrooms, family room, bathroom and renovation. The design introduces skylights to the family room, creating a usable fun space for the whole family with optimised cross ventilation and solar access.
Enhance provides architectural design and project management services. We work closely with our client, understand their need and assist in value engineering. We also work closely with the contractor during construction for better outcomes. This project has been completed and handed over to the client.
