CENTENARY TOWNHOUSE NO.2

This project at 204 Great Western Highway, St Marys is the second stage of townhouse development, and is positioned right next to the first stage. The 909sqm site features 4 modern townhouses, located in pairs to avoid redundant linear volume. The clever architectural design achieves a contemporary feel for the interior, and is sympathetic to the existing exterior. Four two-level townhouses each have similar layouts, including 4 bedrooms, 2 parking spaces and private backyards. In addition, the project is close to local educational facilities and the hospital, which makes it a very convenient place to live.

Facing the Great Western Highway and introducing NBN connections required the help of the RMS and Telstra, which increased the complexity and approval time of this project. Enhance Project was engaged to provide architect design and project management services.
