The property is located in Castle Cove that is one of the finest residential suburbs in Australia. The Architectural design of the new pool integrates it into the delicate curves of the existing house. The pool is north-facing and surrounded by local landscape, providing clients the opportunity to enjoy the sunlight and fantastic water view.
EP is engaged to provide architectural design and project management services. We work closely with our client, engineers and council, and respect the local Sydney landscape.
The development application has been successfully approved. It is now under detailed documentation and aims to commence construction at the mid of this year.
