Enhance was appointed as the Project Manager and superintendent since April 2020. During the course of construction, EP assisted our client by providing the following services: contract management, progress claim assessment, construction programme management, Extension of Time (EOT) assessment, variation assessment. We also liaised with all authorities, including the Council, Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy, Jemena and NBN to acquire relevant authority approvals. Enhance works closely with the developer, contractor, subcontractor and the bank to drive the success of this project. The project has been completed and going to market soon.
