THE IVES comprises of 12 townhouses in a serene and quiet neighbourhood, the project adjoins a primary school to the South.
The IVES is carefully designed to fit into the street scape and peaceful neighbourhood. By using different materiality and generous building separation, it offers a high level quality living that has access to all amenities.
The construction began in mid-2017 and Enhance serves as the project manager and superintendent for the project. Throughout its construction stage, Enhance also covered responsibilities in contract administration, progress claim assessment, managing construction programme, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variation claims and liaising with authorities and utilities for approval, such as Sydney Water S.73 approval, Ausgrid Jemena & Telstra approvals. Liaising with the client, builder, contractors and the bank also formed part of our service.
