The Austral master-planned community is located in Sydney’s south-west growth corridor, just 15 minutes from Liverpool CBD. The site overlooks a future neighbourhood park, already identified by the NSW government, and offers residents a relaxed lifestyle close to amenities and nature.
The development includes a mix of apartments, townhouses and a childcare centre to serve the new community. One of the many challenges of this project was to convince council to acknowledge the area’s upcoming density change, as the neighbourhood is developing rapidly. State government controls for a growth centre added another layer of complexity to the project.
Enhance Project was engaged to provide comprehensive development management services. We delivered feasibility financial modelling, established design briefs for consultants, engaged consultants to form the team, and managed the team to DA submission stage. The project is currently in the Land Environment Court.
