The Sumo Ramen restaurant was inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine where lights and decor play an important role in the dining experience. We selected timber finishes in various form, colours, tones and hardness to balance the interior look. Everything else was kept in dark tones to create an intimate atmosphere for diners. A custom-made banquette seat added another level of comfort for customers.
Enhance Project provided interior design, stakeholder liaison and construction supervision services. The finished product was way beyond the client’s expectations and successfully helped him to re-energise his business.
