The project locates at Caroline Bay’s most prestige water front location. Comprising fifteen 3 storey extra large townhouses, each of which has its private balcony that extend bay view and maximize Central Cost’s warm natural sunlight.

The development comprises fifteen three-level townhouses with generous floor plat that contribute to 1800 square meter construction. It is a perfect example where architecture successfully merge with the surrounding natural environment.

The project began in 2015 and was completed in January 2018. Enhance was engaged as the project manager since the project acquisition stage by the client. Enhance provided not only architectural and project management services, but also in contract administration, fund raising, marketing and branding. The project became the first iconic project for the overseas developer.

Subject site is located in the State’s water sensitive area, therefore, the challenge of this project was to liaise and satisfy requirements from different authorities. Good tendering, selection and negotiation practices, methodical and meticulous contract administration processes are the key factors for the successful completion of this project.
