Windsor Green is located in the upcoming suburb of Wentworthville near Parramatta CBD. Considering its proximity to the train station, the 32-unit development incorporates high tech features and facilities to attract young professionals and new families.
Enhance was engaged to provide comprehensive architectural and project management services through the design development phase to construction. The biggest challenge with this project was to obtain Sydney Trains’ approval for building so close the train line, and subsequently Parramatta Council’s concurrence to approve the development.
Enhance assisted the client to get through these difficult processes and is currently looking after the construction process for the client. We also led the value engineering process for this project to deliver the best outcome in terms of construction value and finished product.
